This is an Excel file for creating roster cards.  They are very handy to learn player numbers and names along with their parents and phone number.  Ideally they are a little larger than a business card.  This template is set up to print six cards.

This file is a two page template.  Once the names, numbers and parent information are complete, print ONLY page one.  Now flip the paper over and reload into the printer.

Page two of the document has our logo along with the team name.  Update the team name and year.  Now print ONLY page two. 

It may take a couple of tries to get the orientation of the paper correct.  Once printed the paper can be laminated at a local print shop and then cut up to hand out to parents.

This is an Excel template for 2" x 4" address labels.  It is set up to print a sheet of 10 labels. 

The numbers and names are vertical but will print properly.  It is easier to type the names in the Formula Bar at the top of the spreadsheet.  Once the first label is correct, simply copy it to the other labels in the file.  It may be worthwhile to print a paper copy to be sure no labels were missed in the copy process.

Be sure to include the coaches certifcation number.
