The Maine Junior Black Bears is a non-profit organization created from the merger of Penobscot Valley Hockey Conference (PHVC), Bangor Youth Hockey and The Maine Freeze. We are located in central Penobscot County with home ice at the Alfond Arena, at the University of Maine campus, Orono and Sawyer Arena, Bangor. Looking for our bylaws, click here. Meetings are usually held the third Tuesday every month.
